When you’re in college, time is ALWAYS of the essence (and for full disclosure: that doesn’t change in the future either).  More often than not, your nutrition and working out take a hit whilst you juggle your social life, academics, work, and internships.

That’s why it’s important that when you do find time to work out, you pick the one that gives you the best result for every second you spend!

A study conducted by the Pennington Biomedical Research Center, and shared by the National Cancer Institute, has revealed 10 exercises that burn the most calories! Researchers used the Metabolic Equivalent (MET) value’s to determine the calories burned in each physical act.
