Think making chicken parm has to be a huge production? Not with this recipe!

If you don’t have an apartment/kitchen and are living in a dorm, try using the community kitchen in your building!

Let’s Start with the Chicken, You Will Need:

- Package of Chicken Breasts (medium-thin thickness, about a half inch)

- Seasoned Bread Crumbs

- Shredded Parmesan Cheese

- 1 Egg

Start by putting a skillet on low heat and leaving it there for later.

Next, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork (as if you were going to make scrambled eggs).

Next, pour about 2 cups (or so) of bread crumbs into a bowl; add a couple handfuls of Parmesan cheese, or enough so the two ingredients are mixed evenly.

Take your strips of chicken and dip them in the beaten egg. Once covered, throw your strips into the breadcrumb/cheese mixture so the chicken becomes nicely coated.

Now go to your warm skillet and add a bit of olive oil to coat the pan. Sear the battered strips of chicken on both sides until each side is golden brown.

Throw your strips into a baking dish and leave them there for now.

Now that the chicken is done, you can start with the sauce and cheese, you will need:

- a Ball of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

- a Jar of Your Favorite Sauce (or homemade, whichever you prefer)

- Parmesan Cheese

Heat your oven to 350° so by the time you are done, the oven will be ready.

Since your chicken strips are already in the pan, all you have to do is pour your sauce over the chicken; make sure to cover them completely.

Now slice some thin strips of Mozzarella cheese and place them on top of the pieces of chicken; use as much cheese as you want.

Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over everything and throw it in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until it is bubbling.

Serve over pasta or eat by itself!

SO SIMPLE, SO DELICIOUS!
