1. French Toast

This is one of the easiest, but most delicious breakfast recipes out there.

What you will need:

– White or wheat bread, preferably thicker than usual

– 1 Egg

– Splash of vanilla extract

– Cinnamon

– Pinch of sugar

How to make it:

Turn on your skillet and begin warming it up.

Grab a bowl and break your egg into it. Scramble up the egg and add a splash of vanilla. Throw in a few shakes of cinnamon powder and a pinch or two or sugar. Mix up the goods until everything appears blended (cinnamon may stick to the side of the bowl).

Next, grab a slice of bread and dip both sides into the mixture until the bread is relatively sopping with egg-mixture. Throw the bread onto the skillet and wait until the first side is golden brown before flipping it. Once both sides are browned, remove the toast, top with powdered sugar or syrup and enjoy!

2. Breakfast Burrito

This is a simple, yet filling breakfast that anyone can make. You don’t need to be a chef or your last name be McDonald to make a bangin’ breakfast burrito.

What you will need:

– Eggs (1-2 or depending on how many you want)

– Cheese (whatever type you like)

– Diced red, orange, and yellow bell peppers

– Diced fresh (or jarred) jalapeno

– Diced sausage or bacon

– Flour tortilla wrap

How to make it:

First start by throwing your bacon or sausage into a skillet and begin cooking. As your meat sizzles, start dicing up the veggies into small cubes. You don’t need a lot of jalapeno so one or two slices from a jar will do the trick.

If your cheese is not already shredded, do this now and save it for when you are cooking your eggs.

Once your meat is cooked and diced up, you can now start scrambling the eggs. Crack a bunch into a bowl, scramble them with a fork, add a pinch of salt/pepper, a dash of milk, and now pour your eggs into the pan and start cooking them.

Once they are about halfway cooked, add your diced peppers, jalapenos, and meat to the mixture so they get mixed in with the eggs and warmed up. When your eggs have about a minute or so to go, then you can add in the cheese so it gets melted, not burned!

Once your egg concoction is complete, scrape it all into your flour tortilla wrap, seal it up, then throw it back on the skillet to toast it a bit. Once it’s done, cut it in half and enjoy with salsa or sour cream on the side!

3. Breakfast Sandwich

This is a super-easy breakfast treat for anyone who can’t deal with chopping stuff up because of a massive hangover. All you basically need to do is unwrap a box or two and do a little cooking.

What you will need:

– A hard roll like a Kaiser bun or whatever you like

– A slice of cheese, preferably deli cheese like American or provolone

– 1 Egg

– Bacon or sausage

How to make it:

Start by cooking up your meat. If you chose sausage, go for patties to make it easier on yourself (if you have the long ones, simply cut them down the middle butterfly-style). If you chose bacon, throw it in the pan, no cutting necessary.

Once your meat is cooked, you can now crack your egg into the skillet and cook it however you prefer (I personally like my eggs over-hard). Toast your bun by throwing the roll directly onto the skillet with your egg; be careful not to burn it.

When the egg is almost done, throw on that slice of cheese on top. Once it’s melted, scoop your egg/cheese onto a spatula and onto your bun.

Slice your sandwich in half and enjoy with a glass of juice or water!
