What did you think college would be in high school? Thought it would be all work and no play? All play and no work? Here are the stories of six college students who shared their misconceptions about college.
Abbey Barker
Abbey Barker is from Greenwich, Connecticut and is a student at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York studying English and history. In 2010 she interned as a fashion writer for Style and Substance Online Magazine; however, she currently writes for ASTONISH Magazine. She hopes to one day live in New York City and work as a magazine writer. Her goal is to use writing as a platform to bring awareness to social issues she is passionate about. On College Cures she hopes to share what she has learned with others in the hopes they can have just as much fun while avoiding the sticky situations she's run into.
